The Challenge
OAR Cottage needed a refined, bilingual guest guide: easy to use on the go, genuinely helpful—without reading like a tourist brochure. The content had to mirror the hotel’s calm Garai setting while offering clear, practical recommendations on food, culture, nature, and txakoli in Biscay and nearby areas.
Our Approach
We created an editorial, sensory-led guide designed for real guest use: concise structure, scannable sections, and a consistent tone throughout. We curated towns, restaurants, beaches, hikes, and wineries with a local-first lens, added practical cues (times, distances, best moments, pairings), and delivered a polished PDF—print- and screen-ready—with a Google Maps QR code for easy navigation.
The Results
A 20-page bilingual guest guide for digital and print use—clear, beautiful, and immediately actionable. OAR Cottage now has a branded resource that elevates the guest experience, supports the front desk with ready recommendations, and extends the hotel's presence into the surrounding region through a cohesive editorial lens.
